The test report issued by “Hangzhou Yuanfang” indicates that the deep-UV LED with wavelength of 280 nm independently developed by Qingdao Jiesheng Electric has a luminous intensity of more than 2.0 mW and an external quantum efficiency of more than 2.5% under continuous direct current of 20 mA. Its deep UV LED module has a rated output power of more than 32 mW.
